The present invention relates to an ophthalmic operation device having a lighting unit, which can locally illuminate only an operation site, and can adjust a direction of illumination. To this end, the ophthalmic operation device, which can illuminate the inside of eyeballs to secure an operational field-of-view inside the eyeballs during an operation, comprises: a lighting unit for emitting light to the inside of eyeballs； and a body unit including a cap surrounding a front end of the lighting unit, an inner body surrounding a rear end of the lighting unit, and an outer body surrounding an outer circumferential surface of the inner body. When the cap is moved relative to the outer body to expose the lighting unit to the outside, the light of the lighting unit may be emitted to the outside.본 발명은 조명부가 구비된 안과수술장치에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는 수술 부위에만 국소적으로 조명이 가능하며, 조명의 방향을 조절할 수 있는 조명부가 구비된 안과수술장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명에 따른 조명부가 구비된 안과수술장치는 안구 내부의 수술 시 수술 시야 확보가 가능하도록 안구 내부에 조명이 가능한 안과수술장치에 있어서, 상기 안과수술장치는, 안구 내부에 빛을 방사하는 조명부, 및 상기 조명부의 선단을 감싸는 캡과, 상기 조명부의 후단을 감싸는 내측 몸체와, 상기 내측 몸체의 외주면을 감싸는 외측 몸체가 구비된 몸체부를 포함하며, 상기 캡을 상기 외측 몸체에 대하여 상대 이동시켜 상기 조명부를 외부로 노출시키면 상기 조명부의 빛이 외부로 방사될 수 있다.
