The present invention relates to a method and a system for detecting a low-power high efficiency R wave of an electrocardiogram signal, and a method for extracting a heart rate variability degree, and more specifically, the present invention comprises: (1) a step of receiving an electrocardiogram original signal; (2) a step of extracting a differential signal from the electrocardiogram original signal received in the (1) the step; (3) a step of removing a high frequency noise which is over a predetermined frequency by the differential signal extracted in (2) the step; (4) a step of making the threshold of the signal in which the noise is removed in (3) the step by using a predetermined threshold value; and (5) a step of determining a position of an R wave by using a value which is changed into the threshold value in (4) the step. The method and the system for detecting a low-power high efficiency R wave of an electrocardiogram signal proposed in the present invention, and the method for extracting the heart rate variability degree using the same comprises: extracting a differential signal from an electrocardiogram original signal; removing a high frequency noise from the differential signal; and determining a position of the R wave by using set threshold value. Accordingly, as detecting the R wave with a simple calculation process(differential, thresholding) is possible, applying the threshold value in real time can be performed. In addition, maintaining a detection performance for a signal including the noise of a high frequency component can be done, and detecting an optimal R wave through individual body information is also possible. In addition, the present invention can accurately and rapidly detect the R wave from the inputted electrocardiogram original signal because the present invention is operated on a patch type electrocardiogram remote monitoring system related to a U-healthcare field.본 발명은 심전도 신호의 저전력 고효율 R파 검출 시스템, 그 방법 및 심박변이도 추출방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는
