DENTAL IMPLANT, CROWN, BRIDGE, ABUTMENT OR ORTHODONTIC APPLIANCE COATED WITH A HIGHLY REFLECTING INTERLAYER, WHICH IS COATED BY A PROTECTIVE TRANSPARENT CERAMIC LAYER
The present invention relates to a medical device (1)selected from the group of dental implants, orthodontic appliances, crowns, bridges and abutments for use in the dental field made of titanium, zirconium, niobium, hafnium, tantalum, vanadium, aluminum, steel or alloys thereof, wherein the surface of said medical device is at least partially coated with a highly reflecting interlayer (10) and said interlayer (10) is coated with a protective layer (15). The interlayer (10) is a metal film selected from the group of silver, aluminum, rhodium, gold, palladium, platinum, titanium, zirconium as well as alloys and mixtures thereof, and the protective layer (15) comprises a transparent ceramic material selected from the group of silica (SiO2), silicon nitride (SixNy, wherein x is from 1 to 4 and y is from 1 to 8)), alumina (Al2O3), aluminum nitride (A1N), zirconia (ZrO2), titania (TiO2), and mixtures thereof.Linvention concerne un dispositif médical (1)sélectionné dans le groupe des implants dentaires, des appareils orthodontiques, des couronnes, des bridges et des piliers utilisés dans le domaine dentaire fabriqués en titane, zirconium, niobium, hafnium, tantale, vanadium, aluminium, acier ou alliages de ceux-ci. La surface du dispositif médical est au moins partiellement revêtue dune intercouche très réfléchissante (10) et lintercouche (10) est revêtue dune couche protectrice (15). Lintercouche (10) est un film métallique sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par largent, laluminium, le rhodium, lor, le palladium, le platine, le titane, le zirconium ainsi que des alliages et des mélanges de ceux-ci, et la couche protectrice (15) comprend un matériau de céramique transparente sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par la silice (SiO2), le nitrure de silicium (SixNy, dans lequel x est compris entre 1 et 4 et y est compris entre 1 et 8)), lalumine (Al2O3), le nitrure daluminium (A1N), le zircone (ZrO2), le titane (TiO2) et des mélanges de ceux-ci.
