Biodegradable intraocular and intraarticular drug delivery systems comprising ketorolac and a biodegradable polymer matrix that can release ketorolac into an eye or joint for an extended period of time are described. The drug delivery systems may be in the form of an extruded implant and may be used to treat one or more medical and ocular conditions, such as post-operative pain and inflammation following an ocular surgery such as cataract surgery.Linvention concerne des systèmes biodégradables dadministration intraoculaire et intraarticulaire de médicament comprenant du kétorolac et une matrice polymère biodégradable qui peut libérer du kétorolac dans un œil ou une articulation pendant une période de temps prolongée. Les systèmes dadministration de médicament peuvent être sous forme dun implant extrudé et peuvent être utilisés pour traiter une ou plusieurs affections médicales et oculaires, comme une douleur post-opératoire et une inflammation consécutive à une intervention chirurgicale oculaire comme une opération de la cataracte.
