PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to find out a practically suitable type and loading when using phospholipid for emulsification of a cosmetic preparation because phospholipid tends to have a smaller emulsification power compared with a nonionic surfactant or an anionic surfactant, and is unstable in respect of emulsification stability, and further, coexistence of a surfactant and another specific component is required for preparing a cream with a lamellar structure.SOLUTION: This invention relates to (1) a phospholipid composition for emulsification containing 1) phospholipid and 2) a higher alcohol.
