The present invention relates to a dry fomentation apparatus, which comprises: a fomentation body including a rear cover panel having an opening formed in a rear side of the body and having a seating space for accommodating a lower body of a user therein and having a heating means at one side therein； and a chair main body having a backrest and a saddle part so that the user can sit thereon and provided to be drawn out/accommodated in a slide manner in a fomentation body seating space through the opening, wherein the rear cover panel is installed to be capable of opening and closing the opening through hinge connection at a lower end of the fomentation body in a rotating manner, and when a rear lid panel is opened in parallel with a bottom plate of the fomentation body, the chair body having a corresponding first draw-out wheel along a rail formed on an upper surface of the bottom plate and the rear lid panel is drawn out through the opening to allow the user to sit and enjoy lower-body bathing.
