A method for manufacturing a functional cinerary urn for preventing decay and stink of ashes is characterized by including a first step of adding titanium dioxide powder and silica powder into a silver antimicrobial solution to prepare a ceramic antimicrobial by substitution for 3 to 5 hours at 80 to 100°；C； a second step of immersing an outer cinerary urn into a solution which is diluted by adding the ceramic antimicrobial into emulsion for typical ceramics, and drying the outer cinerary urn in the shade； a third step of immersing an inner cinerary urn into a solution which is diluted by adding the ceramic antimicrobial, kiyoseki powder and cloisonné； powder into the emulsion for typical ceramics, and drying the inner cinerary urn in the shade； a fourth step of firing the resultant outer urn and inner urn prepared in the second and third steps for 10 to 12 hours in a kiln at 900 to 1,000°；C； a fifth step of repeating the second and third steps for the fired outer cinerary urn and inner cinerary urn, respectively, and then re-firing the outer cinerary urn and inner cinerary urn for 10 to 12 hours at 1,200 to 1,300°；C； and a sixth step of putting the re-fired inner cinerary urn into the re-fired outer cinerary urn, filling a space therebetween with 450 mesh charcoal and silica, and then covering an inlet with tempered glass.본 발명의 유골분의 부패와 악취 방지용 기능성 유골함의 제조방은 은항균제 용액에 이산화티탄 분말과 실리카 분말을 투입하여 80 내지 100℃에서 3 내지 5시간 치환시켜 세라믹항균제를 제조하는 제 1단계와, 일반도자기용 유액에 상기 세라믹항균제를 투입하여 희석한 용액에 유골 외부함을 침지하여 그늘에서 건조하는 제 2단계와, 상기 일반도자기용 유액에 상기 세라믹항균제, 귀양석 분말, 칠보석 분말을 투입하여 희석한 용액에 유골 내부함을 침지하여 그늘에서 건조하는 제 3단계와, 상기 제 2, 3단계에서 제조된 외부함과 내부함을 소성로에 넣고 900 내지 1000℃에서 10 내지 12시간 소성하는 제 4단계와, 소성한 상기 외부함을 상기 제 2단계의 공정으로 반복하고, 소성한 상기 내부함을 상기 제 3단계의 공정으로 반복한 후, 1200 내지 1300℃에서 10 내지 12시간 재소성하는 제 5단계와, 재소성한 상기 외부함에 상기 내부함을 넣고 내부 사이 공간부분에 450mesh의 백탄과 실리카를 채워넣고 강화유리로 입구를 차폐하는 제 6단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
