A method for anatomic evaluation of functional severe closed combined abdominal injuries, which comprises the assessment of anatomical damage by discriminal analysis on the basis of visual inspection, X-ray, tomography and ultrasound studies in six anatomical and functional regions - head, thorax, abdomen, pelvis, spine and extremities using point scoring of damage by scale of AIS- 90, and corresponding set of clinical and diagnostic studies aimed to determining the severity of functional disorders of the cardiovascular system (heart rate, systolic blood pressure), respiratory system (respiratory rate) and assess the level of consciousness using Glasgow coma scale, and as a grading scale the anatomical and functional assessment of injury TRISS is used, by which the survival probability is calculated by the formula:, or in % P·100 %, wherein e &ndash base of natural logarithm, b - stage coefficient.
