An indoor circulating water culture system includes at least one first culture tank, a first treating tank, a second treating tank, a third treating tank and a cover body, in which the first, second and third treating tanks are disposed at one side of the first culture tank. With the level difference and water flow of the first culture tank, sewage in water can be collected and discharged to the first treating tank via a first water outlet on a bottom of the first culture tank. The water flow travels to the second treating tank after the sewage is separated by a solid-liquid separator of the first culture tank. Then the water flow travels to the third treating tank after protein and grease are separated by bubbles generated from a bubble generator in the second treating tank. At last, after ammonia nitrogen, nitrous acid, virus and bacteria contained in the water flow are processed by a filtration unit provided in the third treating tank, decomposed and eliminated by a sterilization unit provided in the third treating tank, the water flow processed by the above-mentioned treatments to have a cleaned water quality again can be discharged to the first culture tank, thereby promoting quality of culture creatures.
