The expandable fusion cage of the present invention comprises: a cage body having a bridge unit and two or more branching units connected to be elastically opened to the bridge unit a spacer installed to be movable between the cage body and the branching unit and an adjusting member adjusting movement of the spacer. The adjusting member comprises a connection unit connected to the spacer and an adjusting unit installed to allow screw movement on the bridge unit of the cage body.
