PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a signal detecting means from a transient overcurrent that flows in/out at a radiation solid-state detector at such timing as the voltage changes which is applied to the radiation solid-state detector, relating to a radiation image recording/reading device comprising the radiation solid-state detector, a signal detecting means for detecting a signal outputted from the radiation solid-state detector or the like.SOLUTION: There exists a transient overcurrent flow in/out at the radiation solid-state detector at such timing as, at the time of radiation image recording, a voltage is applied to the radiation solid-state detector as well as at such timing as the voltage application is stopped. During the period starting before the timing for applying a voltage to the radiation solid-state detector down to after the timing for stopping voltage application, a reset switch of each charge amplifier circuit at a signal detection part is kept ON state (disable state), so that no signal is inputted in an operational amplifier.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】放射線固体検出器、放射線固体検出器から出力される信号を検出する信号検出手段等から構成される放射線画像記録読取装置において、放射線固体検出器に印加される電圧が変化するタイミングで放射線固体検出器において流入・流出する過渡的な過電流から信号検出手段を保護する。
