The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition and a health functional food for preventing, alleviating, or treating inflammatory interstinal diseases, including liposome. The pharmaceutical composition and a health functional food of the present invention comprises liposome including phosphatidylcholine and krill oil interposed between the phosphatidylcholines, wherein 6 to 40 parts by weight of the krill oil with respect to 23 to 32 parts by weight of the phosphatidylcholine is included. Accordingly, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative effects are provided, and the storage stability is excellent even when active substances are contained in the liposome. Also, delivery of active substances in the liposome to an inflammatory site in the intestine can be performed with very excellent efficiency, and a structure of the liposome is maintained to be stable for a long time even when the active substances are included in a lipid bilayer of the liposome. In addition, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative effects are maintained, and structural stability and storage stability of the liposome are not lowered even when the liposome is freeze-dried.
