PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a social emotional behavior evaluation system and a social emotional behavior evaluation method which keeps the discrimination easy, and the objectivity and the adaptability high.SOLUTION: A social emotional behavior observation apparatus 120 acquires social emotional behavior observation data by observing the response behavior of a subject who is placed on a scene wherein social interactions are controlled. A social emotional behavior evaluation apparatus 110 extracts a behavior parameter of many dimensions from the acquired social emotional behavior observation data.
