PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stress evaluation device capable of determining a factor of stress.SOLUTION: A stress evaluation device 100 comprises: a first sensor unit 11a for measuring a heart rate and a heartbeat fluctuation of a subject； an operation unit 12 for calculating (i) a variation of the heart rate and (ii) a variation of the heartbeat fluctuation； and a determination unit 13 for determining a factor of stress of the subject on the basis of (i) the variation of the heart rate and (ii) the variation of the heartbeat fluctuation, and outputting information based on the result of determination. The variation of the heart rate is a variation from a reference which is a heart rate when the subject is at rest to the heart rate measured by the first sensor unit 11a. The variation of the heartbeat fluctuation is a variation from a reference which is a heartbeat fluctuation when the subject is at rest to the heartbeat fluctuation measured by the first sensor unit 11a. The determination unit 13 determines a factor of stress by making (I) a comparison of magnitude relationship between the variation of the heart rate and a first threshold and (II) a comparison of magnitude relationship between the variation of the heartbeat fluctuation and a second threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】ストレスの要因を判定できるストレス評価装置を提供する。【解決手段】ストレス評価装置１００は、被測定者の心拍数及び心拍揺らぎを測定する第１センサ部１１ａと、（ｉ）心拍数の変化量及び（ｉｉ）心拍揺らぎの変化量を算出する演算部１２と、（ｉ）心拍数の変化量及び（ｉｉ）心拍揺らぎの変化量に基づいて被測定者のストレスの要因を判定し、判定結果に基づく情報を出力する判定部１３と、を備える。心拍数の変化量は、被測定者の安静時の心拍数である基準からの第１センサ部１１ａによって測定された心拍数への変化量である。心拍揺らぎの変化量は、被測定者の安静時の心拍揺らぎである基準からの第１センサ部１１ａによって測定された心拍揺らぎへの変化量である。判定部１３は、（Ｉ）心拍数の変化量と第１の閾値との大小関係の比較及び（ＩＩ）心拍揺らぎの変化量と第２の閾値との大小関係の比較を行うことによりストレスの要因を判定する。【選択図】図３
