PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body massage kit etc. which enable easy, uniform and spreading application of a massage agent containing a sensory medicine for massage, over the skin of the body, and enable to have sufficient actual cold feeling, warm feeling, etc. caused by a sensory medicine constituent, in a massaged part, while suppressing an excessive stimulus to the skin, by performing the massage by using a body massage tool.SOLUTION: A body massage kit includes a body massage tool and a massage agent.
