The present invention relates to a kit comprising at least two types of tablets of different composition, each tablet comprising: (i) one or more polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids； and / or (ii) one or more vitamins, minerals and / or essential amino acids； and (iii) a binder, wherein each type of tablet is contained in a separate container and wherein all types together are suitable for an entire human population.
