The sample brain health data 17a is associated with the first database 17 associated with the individual characteristic 17b including at least one of age, sex, and physical information of the sample subject, and at least the user brain condition data 41 and the user cognitive power data 61. A first recognizing unit 11 that recognizes any one of the user brain health data 18a, a second recognizing unit 12 that recognizes the user individual characteristic 43, and an aged showing the transition of the user brain health data from the past to the present of the user.
