A multifunctional fishing chair, comprising: a seat plate (1) and four supporting legs (10). One end of the seat plate (1) is connected, via a rotatable axis (11), to a back support (2). Two sides of the back support (2) are each fixedly provided with a metal wire (20). The metal wire (20) is connected to a holding ring (200). Two sides of the seat plate (1) are each provided with a plurality of holding posts (12) matching the holding ring (200). An end portion of the back support (2) is provided with a blind hole (21) and also comprises a metal pull rod (22). The metal pull rod (22) comprises: a first retractable rod (220), a flexible metal tube (221), and a second retractable rod (222). An upper surface of the back support (2) is provided with a recessed cavity (23) and a cover plate (24). The recessed cavity (23) is internally provided with a waterproof fabric (230). An upper end of the waterproof fabric (230) is provided with a first holding hole (231). A left and a right end of the waterproof fabric (230) are each connected, via a pullstring (232), to a pin-shaped holding rod (233). The multifunctional fishing chair is used by rotating the back support (2) securing the back support (2) via matching and fixing the holding ring (200), connected to the metal wire (20), to the holding post (12) adjusting a rotation angle of the back support (2) pulling the metal pull rod (22) out from the blind hole (21) and extending the first retractable rod (220) and the second retractable rod (222) bending the flexible metal tube (221) unfolding the waterproof fabric (230) disposed inside the recessed cavity (23) and securing the pin-shaped holding rod (233) to the ground.
