The present invention relates to transgenic cloned piglets from which Alpha 1,3-Galactosyltransferase (α1,3-GT) is removed. The transgenic cloned piglets according to the present invention have removed two loci of the α1,3-GT gene by a CRISPR-Cas9 system, which is one of clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR), and can overcome a hyperacute immune rejection reaction occurring in heterologous organ transplantation, thereby being useful as a donor for xenogeneic organ and cell transplantation.본 발명은 α1,3-GT(Alpha 1,3-Galactosyltransferase)가 제거된 형질전환 복제돼지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 형질전환 복제돼지는 유전자 가위인 CRISPR-Cas9 시스템에 의해 α1,3-GT 유전자의 두 좌위가 모두 제거되어 있으며, 이종장기이식에서 발생하는 초급성 면역거부반응을 극복할 수 있는바, 이를 이종간 장기 및 세포 이식을 위한 공여 동물로서 유용하게 활용할 수 있다.
