PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical connector and infusion set capable of preventing a user from involuntarily performing the rotation of a cock member for changing the opening/closing state of a flow channel.SOLUTION: A medical connector includes: a holder member having a holder body that comparts a hollow part and multiple ports that are arranged on the outer wall of the holder body, compart flow channels communicating with the hollow part, and are to be connected to a medical instrument and a cock member stored in the hollow part of the holder body and changing a connection state among the flow channels comparted by the multiple ports by rotating with respect to the holder member while sliding on the inner wall of the holder body.
