PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blinking insect proof lighting device that never gives discomfort to a person, and provide an insect proof method.SOLUTION: An insect proof lighting device 10 is provided for applying a blinking light F having a repellent effect on insects to an insect proof object area A.
