The present disclosure provides a pharmaceutical formulation, containing: (a) a sustained release part containing itopride or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a sustained release polymer, a CO2source, an organic acid and a pharmaceutically acceptable filler and (b) an immediate release part containing itopride or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable filler.
