According to the present invention, compared to existing docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) which is in a fatty acid form or a triglyceride form, the novel docosahexaenoic acid derivative compound exhibits excellent water solubility or water dispersibility as a DHA supply source, and enables easy production of beverage or liquid.
