A liquid spraying device comprises: multiple aerostats (11) sequentially connected in series; a delivery pipe (12); and a liquid transport vehicle (13). The respective aerostats (11) are connected and fixed to the delivery pipe (12) to provide suspension forces. The delivery pipe (12) is provided with multiple sprinklers (14) for spraying a liquid. The liquid transport vehicle (13) carries a container for storing the liquid. The container is connected to the delivery pipe (12). In a process of spraying the liquid, a section of the delivery pipe (12) provided with the sprinkler (14) is suspended and movable in the air. The liquid transport vehicle (13) moves in a direction parallel to a moving direction of the delivery pipe (12). The liquid spraying device can improve efficiency of spraying of a liquid.
