PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effervescent beverage foaming device capable of generating fine creamy and stable foam in a very short time.SOLUTION: An effervescent beverage foaming device used for foaming an effervescent beverage poured into a vessel comprises: a shaft portion an ultrasonic oscillation portion which is continuous with one axial end of the shaft portion and provided with an ultrasonic oscillator and a control portion which controls the driving of the ultrasonic oscillator to oscillate ultrasonic wave from the ultrasonic oscillator at a predetermined frequency.
