The present invention provides a manufacturing method of using electro-spraying to nano-package protein in chitosan-poly lactic-glycolic acid (PLGA) copolymer. The method includes the steps of dissolving PLGA in acetone to make a solution uniformly mixing protein with the solution to form mixture liquid adding the mixture liquid into polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution and uniformly stirring the same in room temperature to produce emulsion pouring the emulsion into a syringe for proceeding with spraying under a high voltage, wherein a syringe needle and its neighboring first ring-like electrode are connected to the positive electrode of a power source, a second ring-like electrode below the syringe needle is connected to the negative electrode of the power source, and a beaker containing acetic acid aqueous solution of chitosan is placed inside the second ring-like electrode for collecting nanoparticles (NPs) formed by spraying and obtaining deposit of NPs through centrifugation and completing cleaning, freezing and drying processes on the deposit to thus manufacture nano-packaged protein.本發明係一種利用電噴霧法將蛋白質奈米封裝於幾丁聚醣-聚乳酸-聚甘醇酸共聚物(PLGA)之製法,其作法係將PLGA溶解於丙酮,配製成溶液;將蛋白質均勻混入溶液,形成混合液;在室溫下,將混合液加入聚乙烯醇水溶液,均勻攪拌,製成乳化液;將乳化液注入針筒,在高電壓下進行噴霧,針頭及其鄰近之第一環狀電極係連結至電源正極,針頭下方之第二環狀電極係連結至電源負極,且其中放置有燒杯,燒杯內盛裝幾丁聚醣之醋酸水溶液,以收集經噴霧形成的奈米顆粒(NPs);嗣,藉離心方式,取得NPs沉澱物,且對其完成清洗、冷凍及乾燥,即製成經奈米封裝之蛋白質。100~105‧‧‧步驟
