PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a controller part to be stored compactly in a battery case having a battery installed therein, and additionally to secure the safety of a charging and discharging circuit in a walking-type implement.SOLUTION: The walking-type implement equipped with the chargeable battery B and an electrically driven motor 8, and enabling an operation part or a traveling part to be driven by the electrically driven motor 8 is regulated as follows. The battery case 9 for storing the battery B is freely detachably attached to the machine body, and a charge-regulating substrate 42 and a discharge-regulating substrate 43 are installed in the inside of the battery case 9.
