PURPOSE: A composition containing plant extract for relieving atopic eczema is provided to ensure antioxidation and irritation relief effects. CONSTITUTION: A composition for relieving atopic eczema contains 20-25 weight% of mulberry leaf extract, 15-20 weight% of soybean extract, 45-50 weight% of Centella asiatica extract, 5-10 weight% of chamomile extract, and 5-10 weight% of pine needle extract. The pine needle extract is a fermented extract of pine needle obtained by drying liquid pine needle extract, mixing castor oil, plant-derived anion-generating alkali ion water, and fermenting.
