The present invention relates to a skin-protection cosmetic composition containing enzymatically fermented extract of mung beans, kidney beans, and black beans as an active ingredient. The present invention further relates to a cosmetic method. According to the present invention, the skin-protection cosmetic composition is obtained by producing a fermented solution by culturing Saccharomyces cerevisiae or Lactobacillus in the presence of mung beans, kidney beans, and black beans and then treating the fermented solution with protease.
