PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a drum-shaped levee-adjusting body for repairing an original levee by plastering mud soil for levee plastering, which is cut out by a filling body and supplied to an original levee place, on the original levee while rotating.SOLUTION: A drum-shaped levee-adjusting body 15 (levee-adjusting drum) for repairing the original levee by plastering the mud soil for levee plastering, which is supplied from the filling body 5, on the original levee while rotating, is formed by disposing a plurality of levee-adjusting plates 15a towards the side of an outer periphery from the center of rotation at regular intervals in a circumferential direction and by forming a step part 15d at each boundary part of the levee-adjusting plates 15a by connecting them each other with connection members 15b and 15c (first aspect). The adjacent levee-adjusting plates 15a of the levee-adjusting drum are provided with a given part overlapping each other, and the vertical step part 15d is formed at the overlapping part (second aspect). The levee-adjusting drum is formed by connecting the plurality of levee-adjusting plates 15a with the plurality of connection members 15b and 15c (third aspect). The plurality of connection members 25c include a plurality of sets, and at least one set of them is made detachable to/from the levee-adjusting plates 25a (fourth aspect).
