PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical instrument capable of easily and reliably holding a first inner tube in an in-vivo tissue film without increasing an inner pressure of a part of the in-vivo tissue film to which a tip of the first inner tube is inserted.SOLUTION: The medical instrument 1 includes: an outer tube cover 7 an outer tube 6 inserted into the inner cavity of the outer tube cover 7 so as to be movable in its axial direction a second inner tube 5 inserted into the inner cavity of the outer tube 6 the first inner tube 4 inserted into the inner cavity of the second inner tube 5 so as to be movable in its axial direction a puncture needle 3 freely detachably inserted into the inner cavity of the first inner tube 4 and having a sharp needle tip on the front end a first expansion member 9 provided on the tip end of the outer tube 6 and consisting of a plurality of linear bodies 91 a second expansion member 10 consisting of a linear body 101 formed in a loop and an operating section 2 for operating to move the first inner tube 4 and the outer tube 6.
