The present invention is a packaging edible which shows high solubility in hot water.The package has in shaping the starch of the fruits of lobeira, a shrubby plant abundant in the cerrado biome.And the result shows sensory characteristics suitable for consumption in natura.The polyvinyl alcohol and glycerol, are also essential components for the production of packaging, and provide the material with both transparency and elasticity.In addition to transparent, the packaging can be produced in different colors, and may also employ essences with the aim of enhancing the flavor of food.The great advantage of the use of this packaging, lies in the fact that there is no generation of any residue during and after use, which does not occur with conventional packaging.trata a presente invenção de uma embalagem comestível que apresenta alta solubilidade em água quente. a embalagem possui na formulação o amido de frutos da lobeira, uma planta arbustiva abundante no bioma cerrado, e cujo fruto não apresenta características sensoriais apropriadas para o consumo in natura. o álcool polivinílico e o glicerol, também são componentes essenciais para a produção da embalagem, e conferem ao material tanto transparência quanto elasticidade. além de transparente, a embalagem pode ser produzida em diversas cores, podendo ainda se empregar essências com a finalidade de realçar o sabor dos alimentos. a grande vantagem do uso desta embalagem, reside no fato de que não há geração de qualquer resíduo durante e após a sua utilização, o que não ocorre com as embalagens convencionais.
