The device includes: first and second X-ray light source parts generating X-rays an X-ray sensor part facing the first or second X-ray light source part, and detecting the X-rays generated from the first or second X-ray light source part a rotary arm supporting the first and second X-ray light source parts and the X-ray sensor part and an X-ray light source operating unit making one of the first and second X-ray light source parts face the X-ray sensor part. Sources of the first and second X-ray light source parts have different focal spots and include a support part holding the rotary arm (26). The rotary arm (26) supports a first X-ray source (27) at an end and supports an X-ray detector (28) at the other end, having a proper distance for panorama radiography and selective CBCT three-dimensional photography.
