PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bedsore ameliorating agent which anyone can easily and safely orally take in and a nourishing food composition having a bedsore ameliorating effect.
SOLUTION: The bedsore ameliorating agent contains casein, a whey protein digest, collagen tripeptide, iron, and zinc as active ingredients. The bedsore ameliorating agent preferably contains the casein, the whey protein digest, and the collagen tripeptide at a mass ratio of 45:35:20 and preferably contains not less than 80 mass% sum of the three components of the casein, the whey protein digest, and the collagen tripeptide. Further, the bedsore ameliorating agent preferably contains 24 mg/100g iron and 40 mg/100 g zinc.
