PURPOSE: A salinity concentration method of sea water to obtain bay salt is provided to reduce the production time of the bay salt, and to concentrate massive amount of salt in the sea water in the narrow space. CONSTITUTION: A salinity concentration method of sea water to obtain bay salt comprises the following steps: pumping the sea water into a settling tank using a pumping unit(S100)； settling the pumped sea water for 2-3 hours for removing foreign materials(S200)； heating the sea water in a heating tank with a heater at the constant temperature(S300)； and spraying the heated sea water into a spraying chamber using more than one spraying nozzle, and blowing wind to the sea water using a blower for concentrating the sea water(S400). The concentrated sea water is supplied into a salt farm.
