PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly nutritious and delicious food product containing skins of citrus fruits, such as pomelo, in a large amount compared with the amount of water and an agar.SOLUTION: A production method of the food product like sweet bean jelly includes: a step of boiling 1,000 pts.wt. of the skins of citrus fruits with water added therein in an amount of 1.4-1.6 times of the skins by a pressure cooker to soften the skins a step of scooping and grinding the skins softened in the pressure cooker, with a proper amount of water added therein if necessary, to make the skins like mud a step of mixing 200-500 pts.wt. of strained bean jam, 1,300-2,000 pts.wt of saccharides including brown sugar and black sugar, satisfying that the compounding ratio of brown sugar and black sugar is 10:4 to 6 and the total amount of them is at least 1,300 pts.wt., and 20-70 pts.wt. of agar powder dissolved in 80-140 pts.wt. of water, and stirring while heating and a step of pouring the mixture in a mold and leaving until it hardens.
