The present invention relates to an apparatus for automatically removing and collecting shells of nuts such as a pine nut, which is a nutritious food. The apparatus comprises: an aeration unit including a first hollow housing and an aerator disposed at a lower portion of the first housing to discharge air a transport guide unit disposed at downstream of the aeration unit and including a second hollow housing having a first discharge unit formed therein and a transfer means disposed at a lower portion of the second housing and a shell collection unit placed at the downstream of the transfer guide unit and including a third hollow housing having a second discharge unit formed therein and a discharge means rotatably installed inside the third housing. According to the present invention, the apparatus crushes clusters of pine nuts, and inputs shells and pine nut cores with acid water at the same time, so as to make air come in contact with the pine nut cores while discharging only the white pine nuts and neutralizing the white pine nuts with alkaline water.
