The present invention relates to a mask sheet in a separable dual pouch and a producing method thereof, in which the sheet is provided separately from mask liquid rather than being immersed in the mask liquid, wherein mask impregnant and a raw material are separately contained in a pouch so that the mask liquid is formed by passing the mask impregnant through the raw material before the mask sheet is used. According to the present invention, instead of providing the mask sheet impregnated with mask liquid, the mask liquid is prepared and the mask sheet is impregnated with the mask liquid before the mask sheet is used, thereby reducing an amount of preservatives. The mask sheet is dermatologically effective even when containing a small amount of vulnerable components which may be deformed or lose activity after production, and achieve excellent skin improvement effects while retaining the maximum activity. In addition, according to the present invention, a user is allowed to pass the mask impregnate through the raw material before using the mask sheet such that the user can participate partially in the production of the mask sheet to check components used as the raw material before using the mask sheet and also check a process in which the mask sheet is impregnated with the mask impregnant having passed through the raw material.본 발명은 시트가 마스크 액에 함침된 것이 아닌, 시트가 마스크 액과 분리된 상태로 제공하되, 상기 마스크 액은 마스크 시트 사용 전에 마스크 함침액을 원물에 통과시켜 형성될 수 있도록, 마스크 함침액과 원물이 용기 내에 분리되어 포함되는, 분리형 이중 파우치 마스크 시트 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 마스크 시트는 마스크 액이 시트에 함침된 상태로 제공되는 것이 아니라, 마스크 시트 사용 전에 마스크 액이 제조되고 시트에 함침되므로, 방부제 함량을 줄일 수 있고, 제조 후 변성 내지 활성소실 염려가 있는 안정성이 취약한 성분들을 소량 포함하면서도 피부학적으로 유효한 효과를 발휘할 수 있고 최대 활성의 유지하는 상태에서 우수한 피부 개선 효과를 달성할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 마스크 시트는 사용자가 마스크 시트 사용 전에 마스크 함침액을 원물에 통과시켜, 마스크 시트 제작에 사용자가 일부 참여하는바, 원물로 사용되는 성분들을 사용 전에 확인할 수 있으며, 원물을 통과한 마스크 함침액이 시트에 함침되는 과정을 직접 사용자의 눈으로 확인할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
