PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist sauna apparatus which can be operated according to an intention of an energy saving-conscious user.SOLUTION: In a mist sauna apparatus, a controller R includes an eco-operation switch which receives an eco-operation command serving as an operation command in an eco-operating state. When the eco-operation command is received, a command to supply warm water at a second temperature lower than a first temperature is given to warm water supply equipment 2, and the mist sauna apparatus can operate in the eco-operating state in which the supplied warm water is utilized for an operation of an inside air circulation mechanism A and an operation of a mist spray mechanism M. A determined threshold temperature in inside air circulation start timing and a determined threshold temperature in mist spray start timing are set different from each other in a normal operating state and the eco-operating state.
