An aqua fumigation insecticide formulation mainly includes a fumigation agent, a thermit and a temperature-raising agent, wherein the ingredient of fumigation agent includes a knockdown agent, a killing agent, a disinfectant and a smoke agent. The thermit mainly includes calcium oxide which produces heat when reacting with water. The temperature-raising agent can be imposed alone, or dispensably mixed with nitrocellulose, potassium nitrate and peroxide of potassium permanganate, so that the temperature-raising agent is chemically reacted with water to raise the temperature when the thermit begins absorbing water. The reaction of the temperature-raising agent would go twice in twenty seconds to rapidly raise the temperature up to 200-300 DEG C when the reaction temperature of the thermit reaches 150℃, so that the fumigant agent situated at an optimal reaction temperature can be directly vaporized and volatilized in the air, thus to form an insecticide.
