PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a denture that improves a salivary secretion, is durable without a need for removing every night, is very preferable from a human health aspect and has a good usability.SOLUTION: A denture base is formed of a pure gold surface layer 2 having a thickness of 20 μm or more, preferably 30 μm or more, in an oral mucosa contact part of a synthetic resin denture base 1. When forming a pure gold surface layer 2 having a sufficient thickness in the oral mucosa contact part of the synthetic resin denture base 1, pure gold with a thickness of 20 μm or more is precipitated and deposited on one side of a sheet body 4 comprising a conductive coating cured material having a three-dimensional shape similar to the oral mucosa contact part of the denture base 1 by electrodeposition means from an electrolyte 5 containing the pure gold. The pure gold surface layer 2 of an identical shape comprising only the pure gold obtained by removing the sheet body 4 is made to stick (coalesce) on the oral mucosa contact part of the synthetic resin denture base 1 through a primer 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】唾液の分泌を良好にし、毎晩外す必要もなく耐久性があって、人の健康面からも甚だ好ましく使用感の良い義歯を提供する。【解決手段】合成樹脂製義歯床1の口腔粘膜接触部位において、20μm厚以上、好ましくは30μm厚以上の純金表層2が形成された義歯床とする。その合成樹脂製義歯床1の口腔粘膜接触部位において十分な厚みを有する純金表層2を形成させるにあたり、該義歯床1の口腔粘膜接触部位と同様の立体形状を有する導電性塗料硬化物より成る薄板体4の片面に、純金を含む電解液5から電析手段により純金を20μm厚以上析出・付着させ、該薄板体4等を除去して得られる純金のみから成る同一形状の純金表層2をプライマー5を介して該合成樹脂製義歯床1の口腔粘膜接触部位に貼着(合着)させる。【選択図】図2
