The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing deep-frozen juice capable of manufacturing deep-frozen juice by a safe method without adding harmful additives and processing deep-frozen juice relatively easily, and to a method for manufacturing deep-frozen juice using the same. The present invention provides the device for manufacturing deep-frozen juice, which comprises: a conveyance belt in which fruits or vegetables are conveyed； a mixing unit in which the fruits or vegetables transferred by the conveyance belt are scraped； a liquid nitrogen chamber in which the juice scraped and discharged from the mixing unit is dropped and rapidly frozen； and a crushing unit for crushing the deep-frozen lumps discharged rapidly from the liquid nitrogen chamber into small grains. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to easily ingest the deep-frozen juice without separate thawing process, and to avoid the need for a separate mixing unit even when drinking the deep-frozen juice as a beverage.본 발명은 유해한 첨가물들을 첨가하지 않고 안전한 방법으로 생산할 수 있으며 비교적 용이하게 가공할 수 있는 급속냉동과즙제조장치 및 그것을 이용한 급속냉동과즙제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 본 발명은 과일 또는 야채가 이송되는 이송벨트； 상기 이송벨트에 의해 이송된 과일 또는 야채가 갈려지는 믹싱유닛； 상기 믹싱유닛에서 갈려져 배출되는 즙이 낙하되며 급속냉동되는 액체질소실； 상기 액체질소실에서 급속냉동되어 배출되는 급속냉동덩어리를 작은 알갱이로 분쇄하는 분쇄유닛을 포함하여 구성되는 급속냉동과즙제조장치를 제공한다.따라서, 본 발명에 의하면, 별도의 해동과정 없이 즉시 섭취가 가능하고 음료로 마시고자 할 때에도 별도의 믹싱유닛이 필요없어 편리하게 섭취할 수 있으며 믹싱유닛의 불량한 위생상태에 대한 염려가 전혀 필요없는 이점이 있다.
