The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating anti-cancer comprising ANI9 and an ANO1 inhibitor containing ANI9.The pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer according to the present invention inhibits the expression of ANO1 (TMEM16A). The ANO1 (TMEM16A) is a kind of CaCC present in cancer cells or tumors, and it is known that it inhibits the expression of ANO1 (TMEM16A). Therefore, the pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer according to the present invention is capable of achieving an anticancer effect including a compound having an effect of inhibiting the expression of ANO1 (TMEM16A).
