The blood sugar level control system includes a blood sugar measuring device having a first wireless data transmitting part to transmit data relating to the blood sugar level； an insulin dispensing device having a wireless data communication unit including a second wireless data transmitting part to transmit data to a second blood sugar measuring device, and a wireless data receiving part to receive data from the first wireless data transmitting part and the second blood sugar measuring device； and an attachment mechanism to couple the insulin dispensing device and the blood sugar measuring device so that the blood sugar measuring device is movable, without separating from the insulin dispensing device at least three specific positions.
