PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nurse call system in which that a patient has performed calling can be surely detected, when the end of drip infusion and the calling of the patient are detected by one weight detection device.SOLUTION: A table for the patient to put the arm on a stand that hangs a container with infusion is installed, and the weight detection device 1 detects the weight of the stand. A weight calculating unit calculates a correction value that decreases a load measured now from a load that the weight detection device 1 measured first, and makes a value that decreases the correction value from a first threshold memorized in a memory a first new threshold. An information section informs that the patient has called a health profession when the measured load calculated by the weight calculating unit becomes more than the first threshold, and the information section informs the end of the drip when the measured load becomes below the second threshold. The first threshold is made small only by the reduction of the weight of the stand by the decrease of the infusion by giving the drip, thereby, when the patient puts the arm on the table, the load that the weight detection device 1 detects is sure to become more than the first threshold.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 点滴の終了と患者の呼び出しとを一つの重量検出装置にて検出する場合に患者が呼び出しを行ったことを確実に検出できる。【解決手段】 輸液が入っている容器を吊り下げるスタンドに患者が腕を乗せるための台を設け、スタンドの重量を重量検出装置1が検出する。重量算出部は最初に重量検出装置1が計測した荷重から、現在計測した荷重を減らした修正値を算出し、記憶部に記憶されている第一のしきい値から修正値を減らした値を新たな第一のしきい値とする。計測した荷重が重量算出部にて算出した第一のしきい値以上になると、報知部は患者が医療従事者を呼び出したことを報知し、計測した荷重が第二のしきい値以下になると、報知部は点滴の終了を報知する。点滴の実施によって輸液が減ることによるスタンドの重量の減少分だけ第一のしきい値が小さくされるので、患者が腕を台の上に乗せると重量検出装置1が検出する荷重が必ず第一のしきい値以上になる。【選択図】 図2
