The present invention relates to an air-cooling type luring lamp which attracts fish in the water by being inserted into the water and can be used as a work lamp by being drawn up onto a boat. An air-cooling type luring lamp of the present invention comprises a lamp (10) for emitting light； an elevator (20) for elevating the lamp (10) from and to the boat； a cooling unit (30) which detachably fixates the lamp (10) elevated by the elevator (20) for cooling with an air-cooling method, wherein the lamp (10) includes: an LED (11) which emits light by being turned on by an inputted power； a circuit board (12) for applying the power inputted to the LED (11)； a base member (13) which is fixated to cover the back side of the circuit board (12)； a transparent cover member (14) which is fixated in a waterproof state to the base member (13) to cover the LED (11) and the circuit board (12)； and a thermal radiation pin (15) which is formed in the back side of the base member (13) to be protruding and radiates the heat generated in the LED (11).본 발명은 수중에 투입된 상태로 수중의 어류를 유인하면서, 어선에 끌어올려져서 작업등으로 사용할 수 있는 공랭식타입 집어등에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 특징은, 빛을 발산하는 램프(10)와, 램프(10)를 어선에서 승강시키는 승강수단(20) 및 승강수단(20)에 의해 상승된 램프(10)를 착탈가능하게 고정한 상태에서 공랭식으로 냉각시키는 냉각수단(30)을 포함하고, 램프(10)는 입력되는 전원에 의해 점등되어 빛을 발산하는 엘이디(11)와, 엘이디(11)에 입력되는 전원을 인가하는 회로기판(12)과, 회로기판(12)의 후면을 커버하는 상태로 고정되는 베이스부재(13)와, 베이스부재(13)에 방수상태로 고정되어 엘이디(11)와 회로기판(12)을 커버하는 투명의 커버부재(14) 및 베이스부재(13)의 후면에 돌출되게 형성되어 엘이디(11)에서 발생되는 열을 방열하는 방열핀(15)을 포함한다.
