The present invention relates to isolated immunoglobulin heavy chain polypeptides and isolated immunoglobulin light chain polypeptides that bind to a protein encoded by Lymphocyte Activation Gene-3 (LAG-3). The present invention provides LAG-3 binding agents comprising the immunoglobulin heavy chain polypeptides and immunoglobulin light chain polypeptides described above.
