PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope which improves the ventilation between the inside and the atmosphere by a vent valve in a process to mount and demount a sterilization cap after a variety of sterilization, and surely makes an internal atmospheric pressure approximately the same as the atmospheric pressure regardless of the difference of an internal capacity.SOLUTION: The endoscope 1 includes a check valve unit 20, the sterilization cap 50, and a vent valve unit 30.
