The stem face includes a first engagement feature configured to couple directly to the reverse insert and a second engagement feature configured to couple directly to the anatomic insert. The stem can also include a metaphyseal portion between the shaft portion and proximal portion designed for use in humeral fracture repair procedures. The metaphyseal portion can include a medial arm and two lateral arms extending between the shaft portion and proximal portion. A window can be defined between the medial arm and the lateral arms, and a gap can be formed between the lateral arms.
