The abutment comprises: a fixture； a fixating groove of which an abutment is inserted inside the fixture； a female screw part of the fixture to combine the abutment to the lower part of the fixating groove； and a male screw part arranged in the corresponding body of the lower part of the abutment to combine with the fixating groove.
